- Dress Code: Casual wear is suitable, with light cotton attire recommended during summer and jackets or warmer clothing suggested for winter outings.
- Essentials: Please carry your ID card and passport as mandated by the Dubai Coast Guard.
- Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to postpone or cancel your charter trip due to circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, equipment issues, government regulations, or force majeure.
- Refund Policy: We offer refunds or rescheduling options for trips canceled with sufficient notice. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour or failure to arrive at the designated time will result in full charges for the activity.
